Working together to end social isolation

We are Christchurch Community Partnership (CCP), a small charity with a big vision: to end social isolation in Christchurch, Dorset. We provide transport and enabling services that allow people to access vital support and connect to their local community.

We were delighted to participate with Bournemouth University and BCP Council in a project researching hidden hunger – you can read about this and other recent work in our 2023 Impact Report.

You can also now read our long-awaited report on the second Christchurch Conversation, which brought together over 100 individuals representing 47 organisations.

Our transport services

CCP offers a range of transport services to people who might otherwise be isolated, including minibuses and cars. Transport can be provided in combination with our Community Connections services, to offer personalised support that is shaped around each person’s needs.

Our Community Connections services

CCP's Community Connections services aim to empower people who are socially isolated, to help them build confidence and reconnect with others. These services include our Christchurch Angels and Helpful Neighbours schemes.
