Role will always be with another volunteer/member of staff

Preparing and serving tea & coffee & cake to Clients

Set up & clear away before & after each event - ensure all supplies returned to office

Ensure venue is left in same condition it was found in

Participate in any client led activities

Be prepared to run an activity

Ensure event is well publicised & all potential Clients are aware of coffee connections dates

Making cakes on an ad hoc basis for:-

Coffee Connections

CCP led events

Coffee Mornings at offices

These can be delivered to our offices/directly to the venue

Cakes must come with completed recipe details (allergies etc)

Cakes must be transported in secure containers
