ElderFest event set to take place on 27 October

Join us at the first ever ElderFest event and discover how to live your best life for longer!

Taking place on Monday 27 October from 10am to 3pm at Twynham Secondary School, the event promises a day filled with inspiration, advice, and community spirit.

With more than 20 local organisations in attendance, visitors will have the chance to explore a wide range of services and activities designed to support older people in leading active, fulfilling lives. From health and wellbeing resources to social groups and lifestyle opportunities, the event aims to showcase what’s available right on our doorsteps.

The day will also feature a programme of talks, offering valuable insights and information, as well as health checks and entertainment from local talent – plus of course, refreshments!

ElderFest is organised Christchurch Community Partnership with the kind support of our local community partners including PramaLife, BCP Age Friendly Community, Colten Care, Parley Place and Christchurch Primary Care Network.

Entry is free and all are welcome to attend.
