ElderFest returns to Christchurch for 2026

ElderFest will return to Christchurch this October, bringing together more than 50 local organisations for a free day of information, advice and activities for older people.

Following the success of last year’s event, ElderFest 2026 will take place at GodFirst Church, Christchurch, on Tuesday 27 October from 10am–3pm.

Organised by Christchurch Community Partnership (CCP), in partnership with PramaLife, Christchurch Primary Care Network and BCP Age Friendly Communities, the event will give visitors the chance to find out more about the wide range of support, services and opportunities available to older people across the local area.

More than 50 organisations will be taking part, covering everything from health and wellbeing to social activities, practical support and advice.
